From nationally competitive gymnast to nationally decorated Olympic lifter, Samantha’s athletic experience only serves as a footnote to her journey as a fitness professional. Over the past 14+ years she has coached USAG gymnastics, led fitness certifications nationally, coached USAW Olympic lifters to Nationals, and worked as a Master Trainer with individuals from Phoenix to NY to Philadelphia.

Absolutely no need for equipment! We'll being everything you could possibly need in our green mean machine. Our traveling gym hauls Olympic lifting bars, a trap bar, plyometric box, 300+ bumper plates, mats, gymnastics rings, TRX, a bench, kettlebells, dumbbells, parallettes and anything else you could need for your customized program. And since we are mobile, we can meet you at your home, driveway, garage, favorite park or any space you would like to unload and get to work.
For group classes, we've got you covered as well. We’ll bring the sandbags, tires, battle ropes, kettlebells, and bars. You bring your body, mind and energy... check your ego at the van!
